Borth-y-gest

Borth y Gest (or Borth-y-Gest) is a small fishing hamlet a short way from the busy town of Porthmadog. It is positioned on a horse-shoe shaped bay alongside the sandy estuary at the confluence of two rivers, the Afon Glaslyn and the Afon Dwyryd. The estuary reaches the open waters of Tremadog Bay about 3.5km away.
